Our Team
Becca Goebel
Owner and Founder Becca Goebel started InMotion because of her deep passion for the healing powers of movement and its ability to foster community. This passion has guided her through her many careers as a performer, director, choreographer, classroom teacher and fitness instructor.
Becca completed her 250 hour yoga teacher training with Evolution Learning Institute. From there she completed her Level 1 Yoga instructor training with Baron Baptiste and the Baptiste Institute, and her trauma informed yoga teacher training with Halli Faulkner. She has taught for local studios, community centers, gyms, and nonprofits. After teaching yoga at a UFC gym, Becca decided to try Krav Maga and Kickboxing and fell in love with it. After years of training, she began teaching Self Defense in 2023. Becca is a certified Self Defense Instructor through the American Sports & Fitness Association.
Becca is a graduate of Temple University where she earned her B.A. in Musical Theater. She has danced in theaters and venues across the East Coast. She has directed and choreographed for professional theaters, schools and nonprofits. Her love for dance and fitness led her to become a certified Zumba and Zumba gold instructor as well. She has taught dance for 10 years and loves to be in the studio with the next generation of artists.
When she isn’t teaching movement, you can find her teaching Music and Theater in local schools. Becca has found her calling in teaching and loves working with students of all ages, abilities, and spectrums.
